Terms of Service.
What the service offers, what it doesn't do, limitation of liability, and what happens
when the service exits beta.

By subscribing to the SlotPrenotami service you agree to the following terms.
1. What the service offers
SlotPrenotami is a monitoring service for the Prenot@Mi website
(prenotami.esteri.it),
the official booking system of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for consular services.
The service sends email notifications when a booking slot opens for the consulate and
service chosen by the user.
2. What the service does NOT do
- The service does not book the slot for you. It only sends a notification.
The actual booking must be done by you on Prenot@Mi with your own credentials.
- The service does not ask for or store your Prenot@Mi credentials.
- The service does not guarantee that you'll find a slot by a specific date
or that you'll succeed in booking when you receive a notification.
Slots can be taken in seconds.
- The service is not affiliated with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
Prenot@Mi, or any Italian consulate.
3. Pricing and plans
During the beta phase the service is free.
When the beta concludes, the service will be offered for a fee according to the conditions
published in the Pricing section of the home page.
The conditions currently planned are:
- A tiered model based on notification speed.
The Free tier sends notifications with a 10-minute delay;
the Standard tier (one-time payment of £12 / AUD 25 for 6 months) with a 2-minute delay;
the Priority tier (one-time payment of £20 / AUD 40 for 6 months) sends instant notifications.
- Refund guarantee within 14 days of payment, and before the first notification is sent.
Once you have started receiving notifications, the service has been delivered and no refunds are issued.
You can however unsubscribe at any time to stop receiving emails — the payment is one-off,
there is no automatic renewal.
- All beta subscribers receive 6 months of the Standard plan free
even after the paid plans go live.
Those wanting instant notification (Priority) can upgrade by paying only the difference.
Any future pricing changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers
with at least 30 days' notice.
Payment will be handled exclusively through Stripe; card details never pass through our servers.
4. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. In particular:
- I am not liable for slots you missed due to notification delays, system errors,
Prenot@Mi website changes, or any other technical reason.
- I am not liable for problems with booking on Prenot@Mi, errors in the official system,
or limitations of consulate access.
- I am not liable for consequences arising from use or non-use of the service.
- I am a single individual running the service in my spare time.
There may be service interruptions, downtime, or malfunctions.
5. Acceptable use
By subscribing you agree to:
- Provide a real email address that is accessible to you.
- Not subscribe other people without their consent.
- Not use the service for illegal purposes or to harm third parties.
- Not resell the service's notifications or use them for commercial purposes.
6. Changes to the service
I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
Any significant changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers
with at least 7 days' notice when possible.
7. Data processing
The processing of personal data is governed by the
Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Unsubscription
You can unsubscribe at any time, without providing reasons, according to the methods described
in the Privacy Policy. Unsubscription is free and immediate.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute, the consumer's court of jurisdiction shall apply according to the law in force.
